Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Events Administrative Coordinator for a global distributor in the RTP area. The ideal candidate will have background handling heavy scheduling, calendaring, and excellent follow up skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing team with daily administrative tasks
• Manage multiple events providing details to internal team members
• Ensure all forms, specs, and documentation is filled out correctly and any errors are resolved
• Follow up with vendors and venues as needed on additional information
• Manage inventory needs and update database with item requests
• Assist with catering needs and coordination
• Communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers
• Create and share documents via Google Drive, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Requirements:

• At least one year of events coordination, catering, or administrative work experience
• MS Office proficiency; experience with Google Drive a plus
• Strong experience with scheduling and organizing large amounts of information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast paced environment
