Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a technical organization in the RTP area. The ideal candidate will be one that has previous customer service and administrative work experience. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for daily customer and client interactions
- Process customer records in company database and communicate updates by telephone and email
- Take and process payments from customer and ensure all confidential information is secured
- Handle heavy inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule requests for customers
- Follow up directly with internal team members and customers for incomplete transactions
- Document all customer phone calls into database
- Complete special transactions and task as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Three years of related customer service and administrative work experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Picks up new software quickly; excellent data entry skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong organizational skills
