Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Coordinator to join a growing hospitality group in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality and eager to grow with this organization. This is a temp-to-hire position.

Responsibilities:
• Provide superior service and experience to all customers with a positive attitude
• Handle customer questions by phone, fax, and emails
• Resolve customer concerns by working with other teams
• Enter customer orders, process orders, and track information
• Analyze transactions and correct any errors and make adjustments to orders as needed
• Process any customer request including brochures, samples, and price quotes
• Build and maintain positive relations with customers and third party representatives to provide exceptional experiences

Requirements:
• Degree preferred
• Previous customer service work experience in hospitality preferred
• Positive and energetic personality
• MS Office proficiency
