Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a global medical device company in the Cary area.  This role would provide business to business customer service over the phone and via email in the order fulfillment process. The employee will process and track orders, issue credits and debits to accounts, return material authorizations as well as determine best method for shipping.

Requirements:

-1-3 years of B2B Customer service experience preferably in an a manufacturing/distribution environment
-Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
-Must be proficient with MS Office
-SAP would be preferred
