Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join a manufacturing company in the Cary area.  This position will assist with a systems conversion project that could last 6-9 months in duration.

Responsibilities:

• Research accounts receivable issues using several different sources, including an ERP, on-line RMA system, and paper trail to identify suggestions and make resolutions.

Requirements:

• Must have sharp analytical skills and ability to understand accounting transactions when researching issues
• Able to work independently
• Familiarity with North Carolina Escheat program
• Experience working with large integrated ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, Baan)
• Experience with sales and use tax concepts; experience with Vertex preferred
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word
• 2-5 years of previous experience is preferred
