Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established company in the Morrisville area.

Responsibilities: 
• Processing orders for replacement needs
• Assist customers with tracking information on orders
• Manage customer questions and cancellation requests
• Issue call tags on return requests as needed
• Assist with Order Entry as needed
• Utilize calendar management to assist customers with scheduling of services

Requirements:
• Previous customer service work history
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to receive and place heavy inbound and outbound phone calls
• Self-starter mentality
