Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist to join a global manufacturing company in the Raleigh area.  This position will perform human resources functions in the areas of recruitment, selection, training, corrective and disciplinary actions, recommendations for policies and procedures and performs other assignments as required to support the HR Department.

Responsibilities:

-Provide support for employees, supervisors and managers on HR Related issues
-Develop and implement company policies and procedures to include employee handbook
-Conduct investigations, assist in preparing formal responses and making recommendations
-Recruitment: coordinates employment requisitions for the staffing process including sourcing, interviewing candidates, assessing and recommending candidates for hire, conducting reference checks and extending offers
-Administers disciplinary process
-Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance and legal requirements
-Serve as a backup to payroll administrator and employee benefits manager
-Assist with planning and coordination of company events

Requirements:

-Bachelors Degree in Human resources management, organizational development, business or related field
-Min of 3 years of experience in HR
-Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus
-Technically savvy with MS Office
-High level of confidentiality with integrity and professional maturity
