Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join a digital marketing agency in the Raleigh area. The Ideal candidates understand how to cultivate relationships with both Fortune 100 clients and empower internal team members. Prior work in an agency or B2B marketing is preferred. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead two to three accounts with minimal oversight, ensuring that goals are set and met for all accounts.
• Foster relationships with Fortune 1000 clients — typically Director and VP level.
• Uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts and help establish new business.
• Lead a highly motivated team of junior account members
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of each client’s brand identity, history, goals, and overall mission to educate internal teams accordingly.
• Monitor health and growth of accounts with an eye on budgets, timelines and quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Extensive understanding of marketing and production processes.
• Comfort in leading client presentations, brainstorm sessions, and new business pitches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Well-honed prioritization and organization skills, with an attention to detail.
