Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Superintendent to join a leading solar integration company in the Charlotte area.  This position requires 5+ years construction management experience and will supervise and direct day to day field labor force. Superintendent will direct and oversee foremen, subcontractors, laborers, and other construction related personnel. Superintendent will plan, coordinate, and supervise the entire construction project to include labor, schedules, materials, and safety. Superintendent will ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Superintendent will assist project managers with site logistics, schedule, budget, design, and quality. Candidates must have previous solar experience.

Candidates must be willing to travel project to project throughout the Carolinas and south east part of the country. Contract-Hire. Please email resume.
