Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an AP Associate to join a local company in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities:

: Match supplier invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match)
: Identify problems and interface with supply chain specialists to resolve in a timely manner
: Select approved invoices for payment
: Communicate with suppliers via telephone and written communications
: Interaction with other team members
: Other duties as assigned
: Process 200+ Invoices per day

Requirements:

: Able to work in a team environment with deadline pressure
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
: Detail oriented approach to work with solid organizational skills
: Good problem identification and problem solving skills
: Solid understanding of sales and use tax
: High School Diploma; Associate’s Degree preferred
: 2+ years accounts payable or accounting related experience
: Commercial or Residential Construction experience preferred
: Timberline or SAGE experience desired
