Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a SR HRIS Analyst to join a growing company in the Raleigh area. This position offers the opportunity to experience a full range of the project life cycle including discovery, design, development, testing and support. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide global support for all HRIS applications.
- Initiates, leads and implements HRIS projects of medium to large scope and impact to assigned HR function(s). Collaborates with other departments to proactively identify needs for enhancements/modifications, document business requirements, and create project plans for the implementation of enhancements and solutions. Supports modifications and serves as a change agent to assist in promoting new designs.
- Identify areas for improvement in both the processes and systems; continuously research new system functionality/trends and HR best practices.
- Develop, document and implement global procedures that provide consistent processes; create user guides and checklists for functional practitioners.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of all system upgrades and rollout of new features; coordinate all user testing and parallel run activities.
- Train managers and employees on HRIS functionality.
- Participate in project management activities, including work planning and issue tracking.
- Maintains all Department Tables, Department Security Trees, Location and Company Tables.
- Monitor interactions/interfaces with both internal and outsourced systems; address error logs.
- Provide technical support for interface integration between HRIS applications and various third party applications. Provide hands-on functional, reporting and technical expertise to users; Serve as help desk for HRIS requests.
- Raise Service Requests via vendor support organizations to obtain solutions to application problems.
- Serve as partner to all HR functional areas and liaison with other business functions.
Requirements:
- Requires a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology or equivalent related experience.
- Extensive experience in Human Resources working with a HRIS, web-based applicant tracking system, enterprise report platforms, and/or equivalent related experience plus demonstrated leadership skills required.
- Detailed understanding of integration strategy; practice in the development and day-to-day support of vendor interfaces. Previous participation in a multi-site HRIS conversion/implementation
- Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle – requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, go-live and post production support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; including advanced data functions in Excel.
