Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an AP Coordinator to join a local company in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities:

• Enter accounts payable invoices for payment
• Reconcile trade A/P items to statements from vendors
• Generate weekly and monthly check runs considering current cash on hand and timely payment to vendors (under 45 days).
• Write checks for other bills and expenses as directed by Office Manager
• Serve as backup for Receptionist and answer main line switchboard phones and overflow calls
• Compete credit applications for the company when needed
• Manage cash drawer (customers paying for parts and service tickets)
• Manage Pinnacle billing program for customers
• Any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements:

• Must have an Associate’s Degree and least one year experience in similar position
• Must be able to work on a computer efficiently and learn company-specific software at a fast pace. Knowledge of MS Word and Outlook are required.
• Intermediate expertise in MS Excel is required (formulas, tables, font size/color).
• Must maintain high integrity and confidentiality
