Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an AP Clerk to join a local company in the Cary area. This position is responsible for general oversight of Accounts Payable functions and performs daily AP-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices.
• Prepare weekly check disbursements to vendors.
• Schedule ACH payments on an as needed basis.
• Review and process domestic inter-company payments.
• Report monthly AP balances.
• Maintain entry of new vendors and/or new jobs..
• Maintain organization of all AP documents and related information.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of related work experience
