A personal injury law firm in the Raleigh area is looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain litigation docket/ calendar: Deadlines for pleadings, motions, & court appearances
• Heavy communication with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, & medical providers
• Knowledge of laws, statutes, court procedures and rules
• Working with 65-75 open files
• Supporting one lawyer
• Need to have experience with: Commencement of Action, Discovery, Mediations, Settlements, Appeals, & Arbitrations

Requirements:

• 5 years as a litigation paralegal
