Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing manufacturing company in the Cary area.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

– Verify and process all spare part orders in the same day and all equipment orders in two days
– Confirm that urgent orders are processed correctly and confirm shipping and receiving as well as production operations can complete the order on time.
– Communicate with customer by responding to delivery, part numbers and pricing corrections.
-Maintain a professional communication under all circumstances at all times by email or direct phone contact.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a customer service role in a manufacturing environment
-Experience using a CRM system
-Solid communication skills
