Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to join a technology company in the Cary area.  This position will be responsible for developing and executing a corporate purchasing program for all Company locations world-wide.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and improve processes (both systems and controls) for the organization globally
• Manage existing vendors and evaluate and establish new partnerships where needed
• Work across disciplines to provide the highest level of service possible to internal customers
• Understand and communicate the time/cost/value continuum to internal customers as necessary
• Interact across multiple disciplines and teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of purchasing, sourcing, and procurement in a technology focused industry
• Experience working in purchasing a lot of hardware and software products and ability to stay up to date with technology trends
• Experience working in a mid-sized, global organization and ideally a larger corporate environment
• Customer service oriented with strong people skills and a drive to negotiate and satisfy customers while employing policy
