Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Manager/Administrative Associate to join a small production/distribution firm in the Raleigh area. This position will support the CEO/CFO with administrative, HR, customer service, and marketing needs.
Responsibilities:
• Assistant to CEO & CFO
• Assist Sales/Marketing with assembling presentations & booking travel
• Assist Accounting with prepare accounting entries & filing
• Human Resource functions include: interviewing, on-boarding new employees, post job opening, initial training, and answer benefit questions
• Order supplies
• Maintain front office
Requirements:
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
