Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounting Assistant to join a local company in the Youngsville area.

Responsibilities:

– QB experience with A/P
– Entering freight bills in QB matching
– Requesting sales and use tax certificates from customers — collecting and organizing sales and use tax certificates by customer
– Requesting ACH information from vendors and entering into QB
– Matching credit card receipts with statements
– Reconciling selected accounts on balance sheet at month end, finding the back-up and specification of what that amount is made up of.

Requirements:

– 3+ years accounting experience
– Have ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
– Manufacturing/Distribution Industry experience
