Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join a local company in the Chapel Hill area.   This position will Report to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for developing and managing the planning, forecasting, and analysis function and implementing appropriate systems, analytical tools, and processes necessary to support decision making for the business.

Responsibilities:

-Technologically savvy with experience selecting and overseeing software installations and managing relationships with software vendors; advanced knowledge of budgeting and forecasting software.
-Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts used in financial analysis.
-Proven ability to provide insightful financial analysis reflecting problem solving, analysis development, and financial presentations.
-Adept at all aspects of finance and financial modeling.
-Excellent critical thinking skills.
-Broad understanding of financial markets and investments.
-Strong oral and written communications skills.
-Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
-Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
-MBA in Finance from top tier business school- REQUIRED
-Certified Public Accountant- REQUIRED
-Ten years accounting and finance experience
-Three to five years demonstrated project management experience
-3+ years experience as Manager or Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
-Experience with INTACCT
