Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to join a local company in the RTP area.  This position will assist the Team Lead in project management.

Responsibilities:

• Data entry and updates
• Keeps project status spreadsheet up to date
• Creates word documents and forms
• Proofreading
• Assist Marketing with preparing reports, maintaining files, coordinating email and mail campaigns, routine correspondence and proofing promotional materials
• Requires working knowledge of general office practices, grammar, spelling, punctuation, proofreading and editing
• Requires ability to work well in a high volume department with limited supervision

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• At least 1 year of experience in admin or marketing role
• Experience working in social media and MS Office Suite
