Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Procurement Analyst to join a local company in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities:

• Create purchase requisitions with accurate GL and cost center coding with appropriate documentation, including entering named Requester to follow the correct approval cost center hierarchy
• Manage PO receiving for internal requisitions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Procurement Policies and Procedures.
• Work closely with Procurement, Business Units, Accounts Payable, and Finance
• Align requisitioning and receiving processes to maximize value.
• Provide purchasing input to suppliers and stakeholders in order to effectively manage requisitions.
• Maintain relationships with cross functional team members.
• Provide monthly or quarterly reporting for area of responsibility, as required.
• Maintain appropriate Requisitions/ Purchasing files.
• Provide customers with counsel and assistance with procurement policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred, Supply Chain or equivalent
• 0 to 3 years Procurement experience
• Knowledge of procurement principles, theories and processes, preferred
• Cross-functional business team environment experience, preferred
• Ability to work with computers and software systems (Oracle preferred) and Windows applications
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
