Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative to join a local company in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate needs to be able to work Monday-Friday 3pm-10pm.
Responsibilities:
-Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding orders
-Dispatch high volume of orders promptly as they come into the portal.
-Schedule orders as needed.
-Quote information for hospice and/or general delivery orders.
-Maintain and update electronic portal with information pertaining to orders.
Requirements:
-Strong, sound analytical skills and high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
-Excellent written, interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills.
-Basic understanding and knowledge of health insurance usage processes and/or procedures.
-Previous experience in a call center environment
-Ability to type and use internet search required.
-Be punctual and dependable.
