Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join a  local company in the Raleigh area.

Job Description:

• Small business exposure
• Windows proficiency, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• General ledger accounting experience through financial statements
• Work paper assembly
• General tax knowledge
• Manage daily operations, including answering phones, sort and distribute incoming mail, stamping outgoing mail, ordering office supplies,
• Accounting responsibilities including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, setting up new customers in all databases, credit card downloads, account reconciliations, QuickBooks file maintenance, bank deposits
• Set up and maintain filing system, set up and track client appointments and all other required scheduling.
• Support multiple staff accountants
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable cycles and bank reconciliations

Requirements:

• MS Office software proficiency required
• Associates degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance preferred
• 3+ years of QuickBooks experience required
• Small business accounting exposure preferred
