Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a great client of ours in the Pharmaceutical space in need of a Desktop Support Technician to join their growing group. This is a long term contract position. The role itself is very focused in the Microsoft space, so being an expert with Microsoft desktop technologies is a must. To set yourself apart, having experience in the Server ‘08/’12 space and Active Directory would be ideal. Finally, a firm commitment to customer service is paramount in this role, as you will be the face of IT to end users across a global company.
Environment: Windows 7, MS Office ‘10/’13, Active Directory, iOS application support, DNS/DHCP, printer, VoIP
