Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Member Services Representative for a client of ours in Morrisville, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity working 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Respond to members’ account-related questions via phone and email
• Generate due statements and mailing materials
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for members
• Balance transactions and take payments from customers for membership needs
• Maintain and update records in the organization’s database system
• Assist members with navigation through organization’s online website

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience in an Office setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
