4/3/14 – Customer Service Rep

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to join our manufacturing client as a Customer Service Rep.  This position is with a great company in the Clayton, NC area.

Duties

– Answering customer questions regarding warranty issues of products in a call center setting

– Researching customer needs quickly and efficiently

– Utilizing software system to input account updates and assist with invoicing needs

– Work with multiple departments to handle all ordering needs for customers

Requirements

– Previous CSR/call center work experience

– Excellent software skills and proficiency with MS Office

– Ability to pass background check/drug screening
