Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Support role for a client of ours in Morrisville, NC. This position is a direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist distributors in identifying, targeting, and developing sales strategies to penetrate accounts
• Manage existing customers to ensure that sales objectives and targets are met or exceeded in assigned territories
• Identify customer service issues
• Communicate specific product or customer requirements to product management
• Responsible for Sales Order Administration, to include: entering orders into the system, providing customer acknowledgement, coordinating fulfillment, and informing customers of changes to delivery schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-6 years of experience in a Channel Sales role
• SAP experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
