3/7/14 – Sales Commissions Analyst

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Sales Commissions Analyst for a client of ours in Morrisville, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and administer the Global Sales Compensation programs
  • Ensure credited sales compensation is promptly and accurately paid
  • Design training and communication strategies to ensure plans are understood by Sales Management and employees
  • Interface with Sales Management to ensure correct crediting
  • Work with IT and HRIS Analysts to ensure sales compensation systems accurately calculate and report incentive plan payments
  • Work with Finance on commission expense budgeting, accruals, forecasting, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required; Master’s Degree is preferred
  • CPA certification is preferred
  • Experience with Sales Compensation Database Systems is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
