3/31/15 – Retail Recruiter

Accentuate Staffing is currently looking for a Retail Recruiter to join a well-established retail chain in RTP, NC.  This position will be responsible for finding talent for several of their retail stores throughout North Carolina. This is a direct hire position with a competitive benefit structure.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and identify active and passive candidates through various sourcing engines including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), external job sites, career fairs, social media, etc.
  • Conduct interviews over the phone and in person, evaluate and ultimately place highly skilled job seekers.
  • Screen candidates, including reviewing resumes and qualifications to determine suitability of candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews cooperatively with hiring managers, verifying references and coordinating relevant pre-employment screening/background checking.
  • Manage all communication with candidates, from informing them fully about the job and company to briefing and debriefing before and after interviews and extending offers of employment within company procedures.
  • Manage the entire job offer process including negotiation and administration.
  • Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long term relationships with candidates.
  • Have a high level of initiative and ability work well in a team environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferably recruiting for retail stores.
  • Associates Degree is preferred
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
  • Bilingual/Spanish is preferred
