Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a customer service representative for a growing manufacturing team in Zebulon. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer support professional to work with a rapidly expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Receive heavy inbound phone calls and provide support regarding pricing, shipping, and invoicing needs
• Enter orders and handle order processing
• Manage quoting information
• Coordinate shipments
• Assist with shortages, damages, and returns
• Heavy documentation into CRM database

Requirements

• At least 5 years of solid customer service work experience
• MS Office proficiency
