Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Dispatcher for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with both second and third shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls
• Dispatch and schedule orders
• Document all account updates in the computer system
• Make follow-up calls to customers as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of Customer Service/Support experience
• Ability to work second and/or third shift and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test
