1/6/15 – Service Contracts Administrator

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a service contracts administrator for a client in the Cary, NC area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers regarding contract issues, discrepancies, invoicing needs, and related customer service issues
  • Compute pricing and billing arrangements for customers and negotiate as needed
  • Communicate directly with sales team on new clients and contracts
  • Help drive new business for company
  • Issue new agreements and work directly with accounting and AR team
  • Update all account and contract agreements working with CRM system and Excel spreadsheets

Requirements

  • Previous sales, banking, customer service work history highly preferred
  • Healthcare experience desired
  • Strong MS Office proficiency; CRM experience
