Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Associate for a client of ours in Morrisville, NC. Candidate will work from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers
• Organize information into an Excel document
• Track customer complaints, requests, and upgrades to accounts
• Assist customers with billing and account questions

Requirements

• Previous Call Center and/or Retail experience
• Must possess an excellent work tenure (i.e. no job-hopping)
• Ability to work evening hours
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
