1/26/15 – Customer Support Representative

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a dynamic and professional CSR to join a growing contact center in the North Raleigh area. This is a temp to permanent position. This candidate will need to be flexible to be able to work some evenings until 8pm and possible Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Answer heavy inbound phone calls from customers and place outbound phone calls
  • Provide support to company branches throughout designated regions
  • Assist with billing and A/R needs
  • Answer and research customer questions and concerns and follow up as needed
  • Order entry and processing of orders
  • Work with management teams of escalated issues

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of solid call center work experience
  • Bilingual – Spanish/English desirable
  • Strong MS Office skills
