Accentuate Staffing is  currently recruiting for a Certified Pharmacy Technician for a dynamic and growing team in the Cary, NC area. This person will be responsible for helping patients via phone and email to discuss medication and general health needs.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients via phone and email to discuss company services
• Follow up with patients to ensure medication compliance
• Record and update patient information into company database
• Discuss health concerns and specific medication needs with patients on an ongoing basis

Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• One year of employment in a CPhT capacity
• Bilingual a plus but not required
• Strong customer service skills – previous work in a retail or call center environment
