Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Accounting Assistant for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Accounts Receivable
• Provide assistance with Accounts Payable
• Provide assistance with the Cash Management process
• Provide assistance with MAS 500 Support; Sage software
• Uphold vendor and customer relations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of Business experience
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare industries is a plus
• Experience with Accounting systems; preferably web-based systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must possess an attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality
