Accentuate Staffing is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client located in Garner, NC.  This position is perfect for anyone with accounts payable experience to grow their skill set and work in an exciting fast-paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounts payable, including matching to PO, coding, keying, payments, and filing
• Assist with problem resolution for discrepancies on invoices
• Review of monthly statements to ensure prompt payment of invoices
• Assist in other areas of accounting as needed

Requirements

• Prior accounts payable experience
• Experience in construction industry job costing
• Experience with Timberline Accounting Software
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
