Accentuate Staffing is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our client in Garner, NC.  This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with some level of accounting experience and exposure to construction pricing to expand their skills and gain knowledge of a thriving industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining our files for tax-exempt jobs
• System maintenance to include closing jobs and contracts
• Maintain vehicle files, IFTA and IRP reporting
• Entry of inventory requisitions into Sage 300 Construction software
• Processing and distributing weekly job cost reports
• Maintaining business licenses
• Assist accounting department as needed

Requirements

• Experience in construction industry job costing
• Experience with Timberline Accounting Software (Sage 300 Construction)
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
