Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our biotech client in the RTP area.  This is direct hire position with a fast growing, well known firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage the periodic and month end financial reporting
• Oversight of multiple accounting department functions – Intercompany, A/R, A/P, Fixed Assets, Inventory
• Liaison with consultants for administration of payroll and 401K
• Manage Payroll processing and review G/L postings
• Manage, motivate and lead accounting team
• Revenue recognition oversight and review

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Public Accounting experience desirable
• 7-8 total years’ experience; 3-4+ years’ experience in a Finance/Accounting managerial capacity
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, General Ledger Systems
• Experience with MS Dynamics highly desirable
• CPA preferred or near completion
