Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Collections Manager for a client of ours in Cary, NC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delinquent accounts are being collected upon
• Engage delinquent members to ensure prompt payment of financial obligations
• Monitor third party collections vendors to ensure service thresholds
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Manage the full-cycle Collections process
• Supervise one Collections staff member

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Business Degree is preferred
• 2-3 years of Collections experience within a Financial Institution
• Knowledge of Collections Policies and Regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
