Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in the Garner area.  This is a great opportunity for anyone who accounting or accounts payable experience to join a fast-paced growing company.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounts payable – matching to PO, coding, keying, payments, filing
• Assist with problem resolution for discrepancies on invoices
• Review of monthly statements to ensure prompt payment of invoices
• Participate in lunchtime phone coverage rotation
• Assist in other areas of accounting as needed

Requirements

• Accounting or accounts payable experience required
• Experience in construction industry and job costing preferred
• Experience with Timberline Accounting Software preferred
• College degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
