Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Billing Specialist to join our client in the Garner area.  This is a great opportunity for anyone with billing experience!

Responsibilities

• Entering and processing billing invoices in Timberline, as well as entering SOV and Change Orders into Timberline.
• Completing all billing related paperwork required by General Contractor.
• Maintain Monthly Billing Schedules.
• Enter Credit Memos to adjust billings.
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable and others to ensure Timberline billings/corrections are current and accurate.

Requirements

• Experience in construction billing – must be familiar with AIA documents.
• Experience with Timberline Accounting Software.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Must be a notary or have the ability to obtain certification.
